The Contracting Authority may request changes to the Project Implementation, Works or Operating Services (including a change in the extent of the Services) through a written request submitted to the Concessionaire (“Notification of Changes by the Contracting Authority”) , specifying the details of the change required by the Contracting Authority in compliance with this Contract.
