Implementation Works definition

Implementation Works means works related to the implementation of the Project including but not limited to investigation, design, renovation, redevelopment, augmentation, of the Property into the Project Facility and financing the same.
Implementation Works the work and services provided and/or to be provided by an Implementation Works Subcontractor as described in the relevant Proposal. 13 NOTE: Definition depends on the Risk or Reward Regime commercial model 14 NOTE: Retain where applicable.
Implementation Works means the works described (or to be described) in the Contract Data for the Piccadilly Line Order or Bakerloo Line Option as may be varied from time to time in accordance with this Contract;

  • The Contracting Authority may request changes to the Project Implementation, Works or Operating Services (including a change in the extent of the Services) through a written request submitted to the Concessionaire (“Notification of Changes by the Contracting Authority”) , specifying the details of the change required by the Contracting Authority in compliance with this Contract.

  • If the Seller Group intends to carry out Future Facilities Implementation Works, it shall inform the Buyer of the Scheduled Implementation Works Suspension Quantity in accordance with Clause 7.1.2.

More Definitions of Implementation Works

Implementation Works means any works to implement the Planning Permission in whole or in part in respect of the Application Site by the carrying out of a material operation as defined by Section 56 (4) of the Act but not including any operations in connection with site clearance demolition archaeological investigation for the purposes of assessing contamination remedial works in respect of any contamination diversion and laying of services and the erection of means of enclosure for the purpose of site security and/or the display of advertisements

Related to Implementation Works

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.
