Implementation Target Date definition

Implementation Target Date means a date by when the implementation of the ATM functionality or sub- functionality is to be completed
Implementation Target Date means the date for which Implementation is targeted to be complete, as set forth in Exhibit A

Examples of Implementation Target Date in a sentence

  • OpenCounter shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Implementation by the Implementation Target Date; provided, however, that City shall cooperate with OpenCounter to carry out all tasks reasonably necessary for Implementation of the Hosted Service, including without limitation providing to OpenCounter all City Content required for the Implementation.

  • The Developer, the First Landowner, and or the Second Landowner shall notify the Council in writing of the date on which it considers that the Substantial Implementation has been achieved no later than 10 Working Days after such date and such notice shall be accompanied by full documentary evidence on an open book basis to enable the Council to independently assess whether the Substantial Implementation has been achieved and whether it was achieved on or before the Substantial Implementation Target Date.
