Implementation Scheme definition

Implementation Scheme means the programme implementation scheme designatedby the Secretary of State pursuant to the Transmission Licence and equivalent conditions of other Licences, as from time to time modified;
Implementation Scheme has the meaning given to that term in Recital (D);
Implementation Scheme has the meaning given to that term in the Balancing and Settlement Code;
