Implementation Requirements definition

Implementation Requirements means the implementation requirements specified in an Activity Definition in the Schedules to this Rule.
Implementation Requirements means the Authority’s implementation and mobilisation requirements (if any), as may be set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or otherwise as part of this Contract, which the Supplier must comply with as part of implementing the Services;
Implementation Requirements means the Authority’s implementation and mobilisation requirements (if any), as may be set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or otherwise as part of this Contract, which the Supplier must comply with as part of implementing the Services; "Insolvency Event" the occurrence of any of the following events (or any event analogous to any of the following in a jurisdiction other than England and Wales) in relation to the relevant entity: (a) the entity passing a resolution for its winding up or a court of competent jurisdiction making an order for the entity to be wound up or dissolved or the entity being otherwise dissolved; (b) the appointment of an administrator of or, the making of an administration order in relation to the entity or the appointment of a receiver or administrative receiver of, or an encumbrancer taking possession of or selling, the whole or part of the entity's undertaking, assets, rights or revenue; (c) the entity entering into an arrangement, compromise or composition in satisfaction of its debts with its creditors or any class of them or takes steps to obtain a moratorium or makes an application to a court of competent jurisdiction for protection from its creditors; (d) the entity being unable to pay its debts or being [capable of being] deemed unable to pay its debts within the meaning of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986; or (e) the entity entering into any arrangement, compromise or compromise or composition in satisfaction of its debts with its creditors; ;However, a resolution by the relevant entity or a court order that such entity be wound up for the purpose of a bona fide reconstruction or amalgamation shall not amount to an Insolvency Event; amalgamation shall not amount to an Insolvency Event;

  • Appropriate for each season as described in "Implementation Requirements" of these special provisions.

  • The Supplier shall comply with the Implementation Requirements (if any) in accordance with any timescales as may be set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document.

More Definitions of Implementation Requirements

Implementation Requirements means the Client’s implementation and mobilisation requirements (if any), as may be set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or otherwise as part of this Contract, which the Supplier must comply with as part of implementing the Services;“Intellectual Property Rights”means all patents, copyright, design rights, registered designs, trade marks, know-how, database rights, confidential formulae and any other intellectual property rights and the rights to apply for patents and trade marks and registered designs;“Interested Party”means any organisation which has a legitimate interest in providing services of the same or similar nature to the Services in immediate or proximate succession to the Supplier or any Sub-contractor and who had confirmed such interest in writing to the Authority;“Key Provisions”means the key provisions set out in Schedule 1;“KPI”means the key performance indicators as set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document, if any;“Law”means any applicable legal requirements including, without limitation,:(a) any applicable statute or proclamation, delegated or subordinate legislation, bye-law, order, regulation or instrument as applicable in England and Wales;(b) any applicable European Union obligation, directive, regulation, decision, law or right (including any such obligations, directives, regulations, decisions, laws or rights that are incorporated into the law of England and Wales or given effect in England and Wales by any applicable statute, proclamation, delegated or subordinate legislation, bye-law, order, regulation or instrument);(c) any enforceable community right within the meaning of section 2(1) European Communities Act 1972;(d) any applicable judgment of a relevant court of law which is a binding precedent in England and Wales;(e) requirements set by any regulatory body as applicable in England and Wales;(f) any relevant code of practice as applicable in England and Wales; and(g) any relevant collective agreement and/or international law provisions (to include, without limitation, as referred to in (a) to (f) above);
Implementation Requirements means all the graphics, logos, links and other information that Company must provide to Spinway in order to launch the Service as set forth in Exhibit H "Company Implementation Requirements."

Related to Implementation Requirements

  • Perfection Requirements means the making or procuring of filings, stampings, registrations, notarisations, endorsements, translations and/or notifications of any Finance Document (and/or any Security created under it) necessary for the validity, enforceability (as against the relevant Obligor or any relevant third party) and/or perfection of that Finance Document.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.
