Implementation Partner definition

Implementation Partner means each entity responsible for the implementation of the Project or any part thereof.
Implementation Partner means a private entity that has extensive experience and expertise in early child care programming of the type described in section 26.5-3-603 and in implementation science and with which the department contracts pursuant to section 26.5-3-603

More Definitions of Implementation Partner

Implementation Partner means a public enterprise or non-governmental organization appointed by the Recipient for purposes of implementation of Part 3 (a) of the Project.
Implementation Partner means the agency to whom the letter of award under this contract is placed.
Implementation Partner means the Prime Applicant (PA) (if bidding individually) and the Prime Applicant and the Implementation Partner (IP) in case of a consortium.

Related to Implementation Partner

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.
