Implementation Effective Date definition
Implementation Effective Date means the date this Agreement takes effect, as determined pursuant to section 1 above.
Implementation Effective Date means the date, negotiated by the parties to the compact or compact amendment, on which the department is required to begin administering the terms of such compact or compact amendment, as applicable.
