Implementation Contractor definition

Implementation Contractor means any third-party contractor, and subcontractor thereof, retained by Ameresco to perform work related to the Services on Ameresco’ behalf.
Implementation Contractor. (“IC”) means any entity competitively contracted by, or in a teaming agreement with, the SEU to implement or deliver specific programs and services.

  • Participating Auditors shall promptly and appropriately respond to inquiries referred to the Participating Auditors by NYSERDA or NYSERDA’s Implementation Contractor.

  • Upon request by NYSERDA or Implementation Contractor staff, the Participating Contractor shall provide additional details regarding contractual terms and costs for the purposes of project review.

  • NYSERDA and the Program Implementation Contractor have no responsibility to provide dispute resolution assistance.

  • As a condition for offering GJGNY Loans and associated benefits, each Applicant and Participating Contractor understands and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement and any GJGNY Loan Announcements distributed and/or posted by NYSERDA or an Implementation Contractor.
