Implementation Audit’ definition

Implementation Audit’ means once the SDK product integration is complete, the Third Party Developer agrees to allow AHI access to a pre-release version of the Third Party Developer Product/s integrated with AHI Licensed SDKs, for the purpose of conducting an Implementation Audit, as documented in Schedule 1 – SDK Implementation Audit Checklist.
Implementation Audit’. An assessment of documented evidence to verify implementation of written health and safety policies, programs, and/or procedures against relevant regulatory or industry best practices to identify Supplier conformance • “InsureGUARD™”: Verification of insurance certificates to ensure compliance with clients insurance requirements as well as validity.

Related to Implementation Audit’

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract.   • service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of a municipality in terms of section 53(l)(c)(ii) of the MFMA for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and its annual budget, and which must indicate

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.

  • Implementation means the activity between formal approval of an E911 service plan and a given system design, and commencement of operations.

  • TDP means “TDP” as that term is defined in the Second Amended Joint Plan or as that term is defined in any Plan confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Resources means synchronized and non-synchronized generation resources and Demand Resources electrically located within the PJM Region that are capable of providing Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.

  • Fraud Monitoring System means an off-line administration system that monitors suspected occurrences of ABT- related fraud.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Plan Implementation Date means the Business Day on which all of the conditions precedent to the implementation of the Plan have been fulfilled, or, to the extent permitted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Plan, waived, as evidenced by the Monitor’s Plan Implementation Date Certificate to be filed with the Court;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
