Counterfeit means an imitation of an actual valid original which is intended to deceive and be taken as the original.
Counterfeit Part means (1) An unauthorized copy, imitation, substitute, or modified part, which is knowingly misrepresented as a specified genuine part of the manufacturer. (2) Or a previously used Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical (EEE) Part which has been modified and is knowingly misrepresented as new without disclosure to the customer that it has been previously used. NOTE 1: Examples of a counterfeit part can include, but are not limited to; the false identification of grade, serial number, date code or performance characteristics. NOTE 2: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.
Impervious - means not allowing the passage of water through the surface of the ground or ground covering or a substantial reduction in the capacity for water to pass through the surface of the ground or ground covering.
Boxing means the sport of attack and defense using the fist, covered by an approved boxing glove.
Impervious area means any surface that does not allow stormwater to infiltrate into the ground.
Concentration means the weight of any given material present in a unit volume of liquid. Unless otherwise indicated in this permit, concentration values shall be expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/l).
Emitter means a drip irrigation emission device that delivers water slowly from the system to the soil.
Kickboxing means unarmed combat involving the use of striking techniques delivered with the upper and lower body, and in which the combatants remain standing while striking;
SAFE means the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC.
Counterfeit Goods are Goods that are or contain items misrepresented as having been designed, produced, and/or sold by an authorized manufacturer and seller, including without limitation unauthorized copies, replicas, or substitutes. The term also includes authorized Goods that have reached a design life limit or have been damaged beyond possible repair, but are altered and misrepresented as acceptable. Seller shall ensure that Counterfeit Goods are not delivered to Buyer. Goods delivered to Buyer or incorporated into other Goods and delivered to Buyer shall be new and shall be procured directly from the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM)/Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or through an OCM/OEM authorized distributor chain. Work shall not be acquired from independent distributors or brokers unless approved in advance in writing by Buyer. When requested by Buyer, Seller shall provide OCM/OEM documentation that authenticates traceability of the affected items to the applicable OCM/OEM. In the event that Work delivered under this Agreement constitutes or includes Counterfeit Goods, Seller shall, at its expense, promptly replace such Counterfeit Goods with authentic Goods conforming to the requirements of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, Seller shall be liable for all costs relating to the removal and replacement of Counterfeit Goods, including without limitation Buyer’s costs of removing Counterfeit Goods, of reinserting replacement Goods, and of any testing necessitated by the reinstallation of Goods after Counterfeit Goods have been exchanged. Seller shall include equivalent provisions in lower tier subcontracts for the delivery of items that will be included in or furnished as Goods to Buyer.
Commingle means the act of Commingling.

Counterfeit substance means a controlled substance which, or the container or labeling of which, without authorization, bears the trademark, trade name, or other identifying mark, imprint, number or device, or any likeness thereof, of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser other than the person who in fact manufactured, distributed, or dispensed the substance.
Waterproofer means a product designed and labeled exclusively to repel water from fabric or leather substrates. Waterproofer does not include fabric protectants.
Counterfeit Parts means a part, component, module, or assembly whose origin, material, source of manufacture, performance, or characteristics are misrepresented. This term includes, but is not limited to, (A) parts that have been (re)marked to disguise them or falsely represent the identity of the manufacturer, (B) defective parts and/or surplus material scrapped by the original manufacturer, and (C) previously used parts pulled or reclaimed and provided as “new”.
Impervious surface means a surface that has been covered with a layer of material so that it is highly resistant to infiltration by water.
Track means the projection on the earth’s surface of the path of an aircraft, the direction of which path at any point is usually expressed in degrees from North (true, magnetic or grid);
Commingling means the connecting, attaching, or otherwise linking of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, to one or more facilities or services that a requesting Telecommunications Carrier has obtained at wholesale from Qwest, or the combination of an Unbundled Network Element, or a Combination of Unbundled Network Elements, with one or more such facilities or services.
Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.
offensive weapon means an article made or adapted for use for the purpose of causing injury to or incapacitating a person or which any person having it with him or her intends to use for that purpose;
aerodrome means a defined area on land or water (including any buildings, installations and equipment) intended to be used either wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of aircraft;
Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.
Counterfeit Work means Work that is or contains items misrepresented as having been designed and/or produced under an approved system or other acceptable method. The term also includes approved Work that has reached a design life limit or has been damaged beyond possible repair, but is altered and misrepresented as acceptable.
Diversion means the unauthorized movement of radioactive material subject to this chapter to a location different from the material’s authorized destination inside or outside of the site at which the material is used or stored.
Dumping means a private enterprise resident outside of the RSA market its goods on own initiative in the RSA at lower prices than that of the Country of Origin and which have the potential to harm the local industries in the RSA.
Grab means an individual sample collected at such time and location as to be representative of the discharge.
