Impending emergency definition

Impending emergency means circumstances potentially dangerous to life, health, property, the environment or the repair or restoration of service, which would likely develop into an emergency, as defined in § 65-31-109, if excavation is not initiated within seventy-two (72) hours;
Impending emergency means a condition exists, that if left uncorrected, will most likely result in an “Emergency Condition” in a short period of time. Every structure classified as an “Impending Emergency” will be promptly cited by the Building and Safety Engineering Department for violations which need to be corrected.
