Impeachment Petition definition
Impeachment Petition means a petition delivered to the Board of Directors requesting that an Impeachment Hearing in relation to a particular Director or Executive be called by the Board of Directors and which contains the full names, signatures and University registration numbers of at least ten (10) percent of the Members.
