Impacting Event definition
Impacting Event means any material failures or delays in OFM’s or the State’s or their third-party providers’ (if any) performance of OFM tasks and responsibilities expressly assigned to OFM under the applicable SOW. In response to any request for a Change with respect to a current SOW, Contractor will gather the necessary requirements for the Change and then prepare and submit to the One Washington Program Management Office a Change request using the Change Request Form (“CRF”) provided by OFM. The One Washington Program Management Office will then assign each CR to a designated One Washington Program Management Office single point of contact (a “OFM CR POC”). No Change will be effective unless it is approved in writing by OFM and Contractor. A completed CRF is a “Change Request” or “CR.” A Change Order is a CR that has been processed and approved in accordance with this Section 18.
