Impacted Facility. The facility where the disaster occurred or disaster victims are being treated. Medical Operations Center (MOC): A MOC is a multidisciplinary body intended to coordinate all functions of the ESF8. A MOC is a clearinghouse for all health and medical information. All requests for medical support; such as personnel, supplies etc., should be sent to the MOC. The MOC will coordinate with the regional EOC’s. Related to Impacted Facility
