Impact Copolymer means a Homopolymer or Random Copolymer that has been modified with the addition of an in‑reactor polymerized ethylene‑propylene NYDOCS02/1012922.1 EXECUTION COPY rubber, and that contains at least 65 weight percent monomer units derived from propylene.

  • Polymer means a substance consisting of molecules characterised by the sequence of one or more types of monomer units.
