Imminent peril definition

Imminent peril means certain, immediate and impending danger of such probability and severity to persons or property that it would be unreasonable or unconscionable to ignore.
Imminent peril. - means a situation that could reasonably be expected to cause serious risk to the health, safety or welfare of the individual receiving services or another person in the current living arrangement.
