IML User means a college that has an account with the IML Website or IML applications;

If, throughout a year of the Term to which the Bonus relates, the number of IML Users exceeds [*] , MOKO will pay to IML USD$ [***] for each additional IML User in excess [***] on the last day of that year.
If, throughout Year 2 or 3 of the Term, the number of College IML Users exceeds 600, MOKO will pay to IML USD $1,000 for each College IML User in excess of 600 that has at least twenty-five (25) lndividual IML Users.
