IMI Precision Engineering definition

IMI Precision Engineering means IMI Webber Limited or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;
IMI Precision Engineering means Norgren GmbH having its seat in Alpen, Germany, entered in the commercial register kept by Amtsgericht Kleve under HR B 7257 or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;
IMI Precision Engineering means Norgren European Logistics Company Limited or such other IMI Precision Engineering group company specified in the Order as being the customer for the purposes of the Contract;

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing by IMI Precision Engineering, the Charges shall include every cost and expense of the Supplier directly or indirectly incurred in connection with the performance of the Services.

  • Without prejudice to any other rights accruing to IMI Precision Engineering any substitute date for Delivery or period for Delivery agreed by IMI Precision Engineering in writing shall also be of the essence of the Contract.

  • The Supplier agrees that it shall not be entitled to bring any claim against IMI Precision Engineering as a result of or in connection with such entry.

  • Engineering specifically reserves the right to deduct from any monies due or to become due to the Supplier any monies due to IMI Precision Engineering from the Supplier and to withhold the whole of or part of the Price and/or the Charges for any reason whatsoever.

  • Engineering's Order number shall be printed or written legibly by the Supplier on all Products delivered by package or parcel and on all related despatch notes and invoices submitted to IMI Precision Engineering.

  • This Clause shall apply whether or not the Supplier is acting pursuant to the Contract or its relationship with IMI Precision Engineering or any member of IMI Precision Engineering’s group of companies.

  • Any other amendments to the Contract must be made by agreement in writing between IMI Precision Engineering and the Supplier.
