In the event that IME'S field or technical work is interrupted due to causes beyond its control, IME shall be compensated for the labor, equipment and other costs IME incurs in order to maintain their workforce for CLIENT's benefit during the interruption, or - at CLIENT's option - the various costs IME incurs for demobilization and subsequent remobilization.

SMEs mean micro, small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC in the version of 6 May 2003.
