Prohibit a Participating Provider from entering into a contractual relationship with another PAHP, MCO or IMCE (i.e., no covenant-not-to-compete) or include any compensation terms (i.e., incentive or disincentive) that encourages a Participating Provider not to enter into a contractual relationship with another PAHP, MCO or IMCE.
