  • This Contract specifies the contractual terms and conditions by which the County will procure Scanning, Indexing, Redaction and Imaging Services from Contractor as further detailed in the Scope of Services, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment A.

  • If the Quotation includes any of the following pool models, the following terms, as applicable, will apply in addition to the terms listed in the Exhibit Additional Terms and Conditions for Imaging Services.
