Ignition cycle download means the number (count) of power mode cycles as determined by the EDR ECU at the time when the data was downloaded since the first use of the EDR.
Radiographic exposure device means any instrument containing a sealed source fastened or contained therein, in which the sealed source or shielding thereof may be moved, or otherwise changed, from a shielded to unshielded position for purposes of making a radiographic exposure.
Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.
Permanent radiographic installation means an enclosed shielded room, cell, or vault, not located at a temporary jobsite, in which radiography is performed.
Write-down Date means, with respect to any Contingent Write-down, the Trigger Event Write-down Date or Viability Event Write-down Date, as applicable.
