Image Acquisition definition

Image Acquisition means the Acquisition by the Parent of all of the Capital Stock of Image and the merger of Image into Image Merger Sub pursuant to and in accordance with the Image Merger Agreement.
Image Acquisition means the Acquisition by the Borrower of all of the Capital Stock of Image and the merger of Image into RLJ Acquisition Sub II, Inc. pursuant to and in accordance with the Image Merger Agreement.
