IMA Guidelines definition
IMA Guidelines means the Originator’s policies and procedures from time to time relating to the operation of its IMA business, including the policies and procedures for determining the credit worthiness of IMA clients, the extensions of credit to IMA clients and relating to the collection and charge off of IMAs.
