IM-Threshold definition
IM-Threshold means the amount agreed as such in favour of the IM-Security Provider in Clause 15 sub-Clause 8 in Euro; „IM-Marktwert“ von IM-Wertpapiersicherheiten der Geldkurs zum IM-Bewertungszeitpunkt am IM- Bewertungstag, im Fall von Schuldverschreibungen einschließlich bis zum Ende dieses Tages aufgelaufener Stückzinsen, wie von der IM-Bewertungsstelle bestimmt, sofern im IM-Verwahrstellenanhang nicht anderweitig vereinbart; “IM-Market Value” of IM-Securities Collateral means the Bid Price at the IM-Valuation Time on the IM-Valuation Day, in the case of debt securities, including any interest accrued by the end of such day as determined by the IM-Valuation Agent unless otherwise agreed in the IM-Custody Annex; „IM-Methode“ die in Nr. 15 Abs. 6 zusammen mit einzelnen Parametern festgelegte Methode; “IM-Method“ means the method specified in Clause 15 sub- Clause 6 with its individual parameters;
