IM Telecom Wireless Services means wireless telecommunications services subsidized by the federal Lifeline program and states that offer state Lifeline funds, and the ACP, provided by IM Telecom to IM Telecom End Users in coordination with IM Telecom’s underlying carrier(s) and the Licenses.
