Illuminated Mind means a Mind demonstrating Consciousness, Knowledge, Intellect, Reason, Discernment and Wisdom in the studies of the Humanities and the Nature of Man that has also recognized themselves as being “not of the world, but in the world”. Therefore, an Illuminated Mind is a Man, a Rational Being and a Product of Reason in contradistinction to those by custom of Western Roman Law variously described as Animals (Creatures); and
