Illumina definition

Illumina shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Illumina means the Affiliate within the Illumina Group that provides the Services under the Agreement. “Illumina Group” means Illumina and its Affiliates.
Illumina means Illumina, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns; and the joint ventures, subsidiaries, partnerships, divisions, groups, and affiliates controlled by Illumina Inc., and the respective directors, officers, general partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each.

  • Illumina’s failure to object to any such terms shall not constitute a waiver by Illumina, nor constitute acceptance by Illumina of such terms and conditions.
