Health insurance coverage means benefits consisting of medical care (provided directly, through insurance or reimbursement, or otherwise and including items and services paid for as medical care) under any hospital or medical service policy or certificate, hospital or medical service plan contract, or health maintenance organization contract offered by a health insurance issuer.

Flood Insurance Laws means, collectively, (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto.
Group health insurance coverage means in connection with a group health plan, health insurance
Surplus lines insurance means insurance in this State of risks located or to be performed in this State, permitted to be placed through a licensed broker with a nonadmitted insurer eligible to accept the insurance, other than reinsurance, wet marine and transportation insurance, insurance independently procured, and life and health insurance and annuities. Excess and stop‑loss insurance coverage upon group life, accident, and health insurance or upon a self‑insured’s life, accident, and health benefits program may be approved as surplus lines insurance.
Health insurance policy means a policy that provides specified benefits for hospital and/or general treatment and meets all requirements under section 63-10 of the Private Health Insurance Act 2007.
insurance agent means a sales and/ or service representative of an insur- ance company. The term ‘‘insurance agent’’ encompasses any person that sells, markets, distributes, or services an insurance company’s covered prod- ucts, including, but not limited to, a person who represents only one insur- ance company, a person who represents more than one insurance company, and a bank or broker-dealer in securities that sells any covered product of an in- surance company.

Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:
R&W Insurance Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.13.
Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
Hazard Insurance Policy means, with respect to each Contract, the policy of fire and extended coverage insurance (and federal flood insurance, if the Manufactured Home is secured by an FHA/VA Contract and such Manufactured Home is located in a federally designated special flood area) required to be maintained for the related Manufactured Home, as provided in Section 5.09, and which, as provided in said Section 5.09, may be a blanket mortgage impairment policy maintained by the Servicer in accordance with the terms and conditions of said Section 5.09.
Insurance Cover means the aggregate of the maximum sums insured under the insurances taken out by the Contractor and includes all insurances required to be taken out by the Contractor but not actually taken, and when used in the context of any act or event, it shall mean the aggregate of the maximum sums insured and payable or deemed to be insured and payable in relation to such act or event;
Property Insurance Proceeds Proceeds of any title policy, hazard policy or other insurance policy covering a Mortgage Loan, to the extent such proceeds are received by the Servicer and are not to be applied to the restoration of the related Mortgaged Property or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the Servicer's servicing procedures, subject to the terms and conditions of the related Mortgage Note and Mortgage.
Environmental Insurance Policy means, with respect to any Mortgage Loan or the related Mortgaged Property or REO Property, any insurance policy covering pollution conditions and/or other environmental conditions that is maintained from time to time in respect of such Mortgage Loan, Mortgaged Property or REO Property, as the case may be, for the benefit of, among others, the Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders.
FHA Mortgage Insurance Contract means the contractual obligation of the FHA respecting the insurance of a Mortgage Loan.
Insurance adjuster means a person who directs or conducts the investigation, negotiation, or settlement of a claim under an insurance policy other than life insurance or an annuity, on behalf of an insurer, policyholder, or a claimant under an insurance policy.
Insurance Laws means all laws, rules and regulations applicable to the business of insurance and the regulation of insurance holding companies, whether domestic or foreign, and all applicable orders and directives of Governmental Authorities and market conduct recommendations resulting from market conduct examinations of Insurance Regulators.
Mortgage Insurance means insurance protecting Lender against the nonpayment of, or default on, the Loan.
Mortgage guaranty insurance means surety insurance under which a mortgagee or other creditor is indemnified against losses caused by the default of a debtor.
Surplus lines insurer means a non-admitted insurer with which insurance coverage may be placed under this chapter.
FHA Insurance The contractual obligation of FHA respecting the insurance of an FHA Loan pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended.
