Illegal Service definition
Illegal Service means a water or wastewater service connection which is located in the field, but whose installation was not authorized by the CSWRD or is in violation of the CSWRD’s Service Rules. Illegal services include, but are not limited to, expansions of on-site systems to serve adjacent parcels.
