Related to Illegal Request

Applicable Legal Requirements means all laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, orders, principles of common law, permits, judgments, directives and other requirements imposed by federal, state, municipal and other governmental authorities having competent jurisdiction over the subject matter, including, without limitation, applicable environmental laws.
Illegal Activity means the wilful possession of an illegal drug, dangerous object, or stolen item.
Improper governmental action means any action by a district officer or employee:
Legal Requirement means any law, statute, ordinance, decree, requirement, order, judgment, rule, regulation (or interpretation of any of the foregoing) of, and the terms of any license or permit issued by, any Governmental Authority.
Government Authority means any foreign or domestic federal, state, provincial, municipal, county, city or local legislative, administrative or regulatory authority, agency, court, body or other governmental or quasi-governmental entity with competent jurisdiction, including any supranational body.
