Illegal Fire definition

Illegal Fire means any Fire which is in contravention of this bylaw.
Illegal Fire means a fire intentionally or negligently set that is proximately caused because of a violation of a federal, state, or local law, including, without limitation, an arson fire and a fire set in violation of a burning ban, order, or Resolution. An illegal fire does not include a fire caused by act of nature.

Illegal Fire means a fire set or determined to have been set in violation of a federal, state or local law and shall include an arson fire and a fire set in violation of a “no burning” ban or order. An illegal fire does not include an unintentional fire or fire caused by an act of God.
