Illegal Fire definition

Illegal Fire means a fire set, or determined to have been set, in violation of any federal, state or local law, and shall include, but not be limited to: an arson fire, a fire set in violation of a “No burning” ban or order, or a fire proximately caused by illegal fireworks. An illegal fire does not include an unintentional fire or a fire caused by an act of God (for example, a lightning storm).
Illegal Fire means any fire that is set in contravention of this Bylaw;
Illegal Fire means any Fire which is in contravention of this bylaw.

Examples of Illegal Fire in a sentence

  • Any Enforcement Officer or Member may extinguish an Illegal Fire using whatever Apparatus, Equipment or procedure may, at his/her sole discretion, be deemed appropriate.

More Definitions of Illegal Fire

Illegal Fire means a fire intentionally or negligently set that is proximately caused because of a violation of a federal, state, or local law, including, without limitation, an arson fire and a fire set in violation of a burning ban, order, or Resolution. An illegal fire does not include a fire caused by act of nature.

  • Illegal drug means a controlled substance; but does not include a controlled substance that is legally possessed or used under the supervision of a licensed health-care professional or that is legally possessed or used under any other authority under that Act or under any other provision of Federal law.
