Illegal contraband definition

Illegal contraband means any material, substance or other item the possession of which violates criminal statutes.
Illegal contraband means items or substances the possession of which by a youth constitute a violation of state or federal law.

  • illegal connection means a connection to any system through which a municipal service is provided and that is not authorized or approved by the Municipality;
