Iliad definition

Iliad shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.
Iliad means Iliad S.A., a company incorporated as a société anonyme under the laws of France, the registered office of which is at ▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇'▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, registered with the Trade and Company's register (Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés) of Paris under number 342 376 332.
