ILCP definition

ILCP means an Immediate Liability Civil Penalty Notice, which “assesses civil penalties for specified violation(s) without providing a prior opportunity to correct the violation(s).” An ILCP is analogous to the Notice of Noncompliance and Civil Penalty presently issued under 30 C.F.R. § 1241.61 when ONRR has determined that a party has committed a violation identified in 30 U.S.C. § 1719(c)-(d).4

Examples of ILCP in a sentence

  • If ILCP does not comply with the volume commitment in any Agreement Year, ILCP will pay CSXT, as liquidated damages, the amount of Two Hundred Fifty dollars ($250.00) times the number of shortfall cars.

  • Within thirty (30) days after the end of each Agreement Year, ILCP will provide CSXT with a written certificate stating whether or not ILCP complied with the volume commitment for the immediately preceding Agreement Year.

  • In developing each ILCP, guidance counselors will utilizeuse individual course grades, grade point averages, norm-referenced tests, and personal interviews.
