I&L REGULATION definition
I&L REGULATION means the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, as amended by Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) applicable as from 25 May 2018, as well as any regulations supplementing, amending or replacing the latter.
