IKA. 1 The rst IKA protocol (IKA.1) depicted in Figure 2 is simple and straight-forward. It consists of an up ow and down ow stages. The purpose of the up ow stage is to collect contributions from all group members, one per round.
IKA. 1. The goals agreed between Parties concerning Trade Union Dues, Professional Association Dues and Travel Allowance remain unchanged. For the Travel Allowance, the commuting allowance referred to in Article 2 is deducted as a previously received allowance.
2. Besides that, the goals included in the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities Additional Leave Hours, Additional Income, Additional Pension and Life-course Savings remain unchanged in the IKA. 2 The following are exempt from the IKA: student teaching assistants, employees with an unpaid appointment, stand-by staff, interns, guests, external staff and staff who work on a freelance basis.
