  • Code 2960.120, IDES may provide RECIPIENT with non-UI information contained in the Illinois Job Link (IJL) including: (i) a customer’s name, address, phone number, and/or employment history; (ii) an employer’s name, address, and phone number; (iii) job order information; and (iv) other non-UI information contained in IJL, provided that disclosure of such information is not prohibited under this Agreement.

  • This Agreement is the sole and entire agreement between Client and IJL, and no other agreements, oral or written, by any party shall in any way affect this Agreement.

  • IJL retains the right to refuse to renew this Agreement for any reason.

  • If any information is found to be false, Client's membership may be terminated by IJL without any refund.

  • Conduct the business of IJL and its Subsidiaries other than in the ordinary and usual course or fail to use reasonable efforts to preserve intact their business organizations and assets and maintain their rights, franchises and existing relations with customers, suppliers, employees and business associates, or take any action reasonably likely to have an adverse affect upon IJL's ability to perform any of its material obligations under this Agreement.

  • IJL and its Subsidiaries have operated their investment accounts in accordance with the investment objectives and guidelines in effect for such investment accounts.
