IIBA definition

IIBA means an Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement, as defined below;
IIBA means the Inuit Impact Benefit Agreement for the Whale Tail Project, entered into between KIA and AEM dated as of the date of this Royalty Agreement.
IIBA means the “Inuit Impact Benefit Agreement” between TMAC and the KIA included in the Framework Agreement.
