IIAT definition

IIAT means the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas, its officers, committees, agents or employees acting for them in the management of the trade show. IIAT shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules and regulations governing exhibitors. All matters and questions not covered by the regulations shall be subject to the final judgment and decision of IIAT. These regulations may be amended at any time by IIAT upon written notice by IIAT to those exhibitors who may be affected by them. The exhibit contract, when properly executed, shall be considered a binding agreement between the two parties.

Examples of IIAT in a sentence

  • An incident already reviewed by the Incident Information Advisory Team (IIAT) as outlined in Rule and Regulation 2.14, shall not be eligible for further evaluation by the JIT.
