IHS Business definition
IHS Business means IHS’s 100% equity investment in (a) International Housing Solutions S.à r.▇., a Société à responsabilité limitée formed under the laws of Luxembourg, that is engaged in raising, investing in and managing private real estate funds and other entities that invest in residential real estate in sub-Saharan Africa and (b) IHS PM that provides property management services to certain of the properties of entities managed by IHS.
