IHP Calls definition
IHP Calls means the 9,885 potentially TCPA violative telemarketing calls and the 42,623 potentially SCTPPA violative telemarketing calls made by IHP to the Settlement Class Members whose telephone numbers that appear on the Call Log.

The Claim Form shall contain the Settlement Class Member’s: (1) name; (2) current address; (3) telephone number(s) at which they received one or more IHP Calls; (4) a current contact telephone number; and (5) the Claimant’s unique Claimant Identification Number.
