Retail Store – means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not-for-profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, as well as seasonal and temporary businesses.
Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.
Marriott means Marriott International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or any Affiliate thereof.
Retail tobacco store means a retail store utilized primarily for the sale of tobacco products and accessories and in which the sale of other products is merely incidental.
RSC means the Regional Security Coordinator(s) (RSC(s)) appointed for CCR Hansa, unless it is explicitly otherwise stated, according to Article 77(1)(a) of the SO Regulation that will perform the tasks allocated to this(these) RSC(s) according to Article 77(1)(c)(i) of the SO Regulation;
Spirits means any beverage which contains alcohol obtained by distillation mixed with drinkable water and other substances in solution, including, but not limited to, brandy, rum, whisky, and gin.

Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.
Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.
SPEX means Special Licensure Examination prepared by the Federation of State Medical Boards and administered by a licensing authority in any jurisdiction. The passing score on SPEX is 75.
Stores means the goods specified in the Supply Order or schedule which the supplier / contractor has agreed to supply under contract.

Tavern means an on-premise beer retailer who is:
Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.
Grocery store means any retail establishment, the business of which consists of the sale of food, food products, or beverages for consumption off the premises.
Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase marijuana from marijuana cultivation facilities and marijuana and marijuana products from marijuana product manufacturing facilities and to sell marijuana and marijuana products to consumers.
Restaurant means a business location:
Alcoholic beverages means beverages that are suitable for human consumption and contain one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume.
Beverage means a liquid for drinking, including water.
Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.
PPT means Pacific Daylight time when California observes Daylight Savings Time and Pacific Standard Time otherwise.
Wine means a product manufactured by the normal alcoholic fermentation of the juice of sound, ripe grapes, or any other fruit with the usual cellar treatment, and containing not more than 21% of alcohol by volume, including cider made from apples or pears, or both, that contains at least 1/2 of 1% of alcohol by volume, or mead or honey wine made from honey, fermented fruit juices other than grapes, and mixed wine drinks.
Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted.
