IHC AGREEMENTS definition
IHC AGREEMENTS means the Intercorporate Services Agreement between the Borrower and IHC, the respective Trademark License Agreements between IHC and the Borrower, Holdings, Enterprises and Empaques Printpack de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and the respective Intellectual Property License Agreements between IHC and the Borrower, Holdings, Enterprises and Empaques Printpack de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., in each case dated as of June 30, 1996.
