IHAH definition
IHAH means Instituto Hondureño de Antropología e Historia, the Borrower’s Institute for Anthropology and History, established under the Borrower’s Legislative Decree No. 118-68 published in the Borrower’s Official Gazette on December 24, 1968, as such Decree may have been amended to the date of this Agreement;
