IGT Machine definition

IGT Machine means an EGM manufactured by IGT which is placed in the market for sale, lease, rental, or placement under a trade name owned or controlled by IGT. The definition of IGT Machine excludes IGT’s recurring revenue or participation devices – which include the IGT megajackpot systems.

  • LVGI shall furnish to IGT, within 45 days of the end of each calendar quarter in which LVGI has installed a PVD into an IGT Machine that has been Placed, a detailed royalty statement showing the number of IGT Machines modified with a PVD and Placed into operation during the immediately preceding quarter, separated into Placements for each country in which sales, or leases, or profit participations occur.
