IGSA definition

IGSA means the blanket agreement authorizing the provision of installation support goods and services by the local government pursuant 10 U.S.C. section 2679.
IGSA means the formal written agreement executed by the GLO and FEMA which establishes the understandings, commitments, terms, and conditions for the FEMA Program.
