IGA Payments definition

IGA Payments means payments in connection with or relating to the matters described in that certain Settlement Agreement, signed on or about March 23, 2000, among the Tribe, certain of the IGA Parties and the other parties thereto, regardless of whether such payments are made pursuant to the terms thereof, pursuant to any settlement in respect thereof, pursuant to a judgment or arbitration award relating thereto or otherwise in full or partial satisfaction thereof.

  • Passthru payments means any withholdable payment and any "foreign passthru payment," which is currently not defined. The current proposed FATCA regulations (“Proposed Regulations”) state that the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Treasury have determined, that withholding on “foreign passthru payments” is not required, pending further guidance and analysis.
