Any change made to a Pre-Certified or Finally-Certified Client that substantially impacts (i) the manner in which such Client accesses the Service and/or (ii) user experience of the Service, may require reevaluation (“Re-Certification”) pursuant to the criteria and processes set forth in the Certification Guidelines.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Tabarru ” means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

GAC10 means granular activated carbon filter beds with an empty-bed contact time of 10 minutes based on average daily flow and a carbon reactivation frequency of every 180 days, except that the reactivation frequency for GAC10 used as a best available technology for compliance with MCLs under subsection 9.2.1.2 shall be 120 days.
aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
