IFTC agrees to provide the necessary facilities, equipment and personnel to perform its duties and obligations hereunder in accordance with industry practice.
Said checks must, however, be of a form and size convenient for use by IFTC.
IFTC hereby accepts such employment and appointment and agrees that it will act as Fund's Transfer Agent and Dividend Disbursing Agent.
