Examples of IFTA Arbitration in a sentence
The arbitration shall be initiated and conducted according to the IFTA Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time the request for arbitration is made (the “Arbitration Rules”).
Each party waives any right to adjudicate any such dispute in any other court or forum, except that any party may seek interim and equitable relief in accordance with the I.F.T.A. Arbitration Rules.
Licensor and Distributor hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for all proceedings involving interim and equitable relief permitted under the I.F.T.A. Arbitration in accordance with such rules and to accept service of process for any judicial or other proceedings by registered mail, return receipt requested, at the address indicated on the License Agreement.
Licensor and Distributor agree to abide by any decision rendered in an I.F.T.A. Arbitration, and that any court having jurisdiction may enforce such a decision.
